the founder of Therapist VA, a service for health professionals.

Sheena is passionate about helping high-achieving women find calm, clarity and purpose. She is all
about normalizing rather than pathologizing people’s experiences and helping them through the ups
and downs of life, relationships and business. It can be easy to lose your way and at times feel lost or
lose a sense of self and purpose. She has worked with hundreds of women in this phase of life get an
understanding of themselves and find meaning and joy again.
