One thing we need to let go of in motherhood

We change so much when we become mothers. Our bodies change. Our brains change. Our day-to-day changes. It is no wonder that our identities and beliefs change too.

It is liberating to let go of unhelpful beliefs that keep us small in motherhood and old, outdated identities that no longer serve us in our current moment.
