For mamas who live anywhere in the world, we can work together in a coaching relationship. This work together is based on your specific needs and goals. Sessions will be one hour in length and will be tailored to your individual needs, goals and experience.
I also provide 1:1 support with mothers through my program The Motherhood Reset. This is a great option for mamas looks to specifically work on overcoming postnatal depletion and moving out of survival mode in motherhood.
My work draws predominantly from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, and Nutritional and Environmental Medicine.
